Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kenz-Küstrow

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open-plan kitchen also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to enjoy beautiful dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, it will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

We were in the dune house for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much this time. The hosts are extremely friendly and eager, very quick in communication and proactive when there is a problem (we had no hot water in the bathroom for two days and we were proactively offered a price reduction). Great location, great view and when the construction site behind the house is finished, the perfect accommodation in Binz.

Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

My friends and I had a great stay in Stralsund and in the AirBnB despite the rainy weather.

It is a nice ground floor apartment with a parking space in the courtyard. Check-in and check-out are quickly and easily done in the office a few houses. The apartment is very well equipped, with very cozy beds, clean, bright, very central and yet quite quiet. Parking is very close and luggage trails are therefore very short. André was very polite and accommodating. The questions were answered very quickly. We spent 4 beautiful days in the apartment and are thinking about it!

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. Nice cozy stay, adjacent to a small garden with seating. Fresh and clean! Host very friendly and approachable. Stay close to the center of Graal Muritz where there is all kinds of shops , restaurants and of course the beach. Extremely beautiful area for biking e.g. towards Warnemunde . This is a cozy harbor town on the beach near Rostock. We thought the area was well worthwhile. Forest , heath and beach. Thank you Boris and Caro for your hospitality and cozy apartment.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

Warm hosts! A great place to relax and clear your head. Susan greeted us with the most delicious chocolate cake. The place was great. We were 9 people (3 children here) and had plenty of space and a beautiful well-kept garden. Everything was very clean and there were even many toys for the children. Michael was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would take the house again immediately!

Attention Steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for nice walks.

We spent some very nice days in this wonderful cottage. Everything is really available for families with small children. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the week at Reethus Meerverliebt very much. The location is quiet and within walking distance to the beach! The kids (2.5 years old) rode the path with the balance bike! The amenities and cleanliness left nothing to be desired! Karolin and Tobias have given us great tips for restaurants, and excursions in the area! We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much!

We had a very quiet and lovely stay. Our dog loved the backyard and the walks through the woods nearby. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. We‘ll definitely be back.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!
