Floor-to-ceiling windows let in light and air. A steep staircase leads to the top. When the weather is nice, breakfast is on the terrace.

Supermarkets can be reached in minutes (by car). Connection from Königsdorf (3 km): S12, S13, S19 - Cologne main station - 16 minutes
