Das alte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Bergischen Landes, einen Katzensprung vom Westerwald entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, nur die Fassade fehlt noch. Es gibt sechs Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer auf dem Dachboden und ein großes Grundstück (ca. 2.000 m²). Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Ortsrand eines 300-Seelendorfes, es gibt keine Durchfahrtsstraße, die vornehmlichen Geräusche sind das gelegentliche Blöken der Schafe des Nachbarn.

The new country house is something very special: spacious and comfortable, furnished with high quality furniture, with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Through the mainly glazed front of the house you look over the garden into the wide landscape of the Oberbergisch. The country house is built ecologically. The small lodge with two additional sleeping facilities (only suitable for sleeping on warm nights) is located on the garden slope. In the garden there is a new sauna house.

The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.
