Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

Die Lage ist ideal für Touristen, Geschäftsleute und Messebesucher. Seit dem 01.08.2025 erhebt die Stadt Essen eine Beherbergungssteuer in Höhe von 5% und max. 9€ pro Übernachtung. Diese ist im Übernachtungspreis enthalten.
