During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The apartment, renovated in 2022, is located in the climatic health resort of Kiefersfelden, which is located at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains. The property is located in a quiet location directly on the Kieferbach and is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hechtsee, a large swimming lake. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-room apartment has a large west balcony with mountain views that invites you to relax. An underground parking space and bicycle parking are also provided.

Wunderschöne persönliche Wohnung mit Terrasse und Alpenblick. Bezaubernder Badesee in unmittelbarere Nähe. Wanderwege unmittelbar vom Haus aus. Die Wohnung liegt im Inntal. In der Nähe gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, eine Wasserskianlage, eine Sommerrodelbahn, Reitställe, etc. Im Ort ist ein Skigebiet und eine Winterrodelbahn mit Flutlichtanlagen. Das Haus liegt nur knapp eine halbe Stunde entfernt von einem der größten österreichischen Skigebiete "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".

Ein modernes Bad mit Dusche. Im Keller gibt es einen Toberaum für die Kids und Platz zum Wäsche trocknen. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Spielplatz und Grillmöglichkeit. Hund Balu wohnt auch hier - also nichts für Allergiker.

The KaiserInn is located between the Kaiser Mountains (10 minutes on foot) and the Inn River. It is the perfect starting point for mountain hikes, walks to the old town, the Kaiserlift, and more. In winter, there are shuttle services to ski resorts. The apartment offers cozy comfort: dining on the balcony or in the garden.
