In the vicinity there are many excursion destinations and leisure opportunities, a water ski facility, a summer toboggan run, riding stables, etc. In the village there is a ski resort and a winter toboggan run with floodlights. The house is just half an hour away from one of the largest Austrian ski resorts "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

In addition to beautiful hiking opportunities, Fischbachau offers a warm outdoor pool, tennis courts and mini-golf course as well as the Birkenstein pilgrimage chapel. The famous Café Winklstüberl is a 30 minutes via the panoramic hiking trail. Schliersee and Spitzingsee are just a few minutes away by car.

To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
