Diese schöne Ferienwohnung kann mit 2 Personen bewohnt werden und hat eine Größe von 32m². Auf der offenen Galerie bieten 2 Einzelbetten Platz für eine geruhsame Nacht. Der Strand liegt direkt vor Ihrer Haustür und vom Balkon haben Sie einen traumhaften Meerblick und können von dort die unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Im Untergeschoss des Hauses befinden sich ein großer Fitnessraum mit verschiedensten Geräten, sowie unsere Sauna. Ihren Parkplatz können Sie direkt kostenpflichtig dazu buchen. Bitte geben Sie diesen Wunsch bei der Buchung an. Wir empfehlen bereits vor Anreise einen Strandkorb zu mieten, bei Strandland Laboe, da nur bestimmte Bereiche dafür von der Gemeinde Laboe vorgesehen sind. Das Ostseebad Laboe liegt auf der Sonnenseite der Kieler Förde im nördlichsten deutschen Bundesland Schleswig-Holstein. Zur Landeshauptstadt Kiel sind es rund 20 Autominuten zu fahren. Die Landschaft der Probstei mit Feld, Wald, Wiesen und Seen lädt ebenso zum Wandern, Rad fahren und Joggen ein. Vor der Haustür sozusagen liegt das Segelmekka schlechthin. Prima Klima gibt es hier das ganze Jahr. Immer mehr Gäste nutzen auch die Zeit außerhalb der Sommersaison, um frische Kraft zu tanken. Das milde Reizklima mit dem hohen Salzgehalt der Seeluft lässt Sie schon beim Einatmen spüren: Hier liegt Erholung in der Luft. Sehenswertes befindet sich in direkter Nähe, Meeresbiologische Station, Lesehalle, Marine-Ehrenmal, Unterseeboot, Kurpark, Museumseisenbahn, Kokauer Mühle, um nur Einiges zu nennen. Die Landeshauptstadt Kiel erreichen Sie in 20 Autominuten, mit dem Bus oder der Förde-Fährlinie, welche etwa 10x am Tag verkehrt. Der Fähranleger und auch der Tourismus Service ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.
