Das hell eingerichtete Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, die vollausgestattete Küche und der kleine Terrassenbereich machen deinen Aufenthalt perfekt. Beliebte Strände sind ca. 15-30 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Veloroute eignet sich zum Radeln und Skaten. Es gibt einen Bahnhaltepunkt und Busverbindungen. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!
