Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll. If you like to do sports, you can walk to the swimming pool in a 5-minute walk, and there is even a gym across the street. Within 200 meters, you will find all the shops of daily use.
