I had a wonderful stay here , truly felt right at home! The instructions was clear and flexible with check-in, which made things so much easier. The location is perfect, with everything worth seeing just a short walk or ride away. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Excellent accommodation situated close to town with everything on your doorstep, the house also has everything you need with the added bonus of friendly / responsive hosts, would highly recommend.

Tracey and Paul deserve 5 stars plus for their lovely cottage. We arrived to find the place spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials from cooking oil to dishwasher tablets. The walk-in shower was supplied with soaps and shower gel, not to mention large fluffy hand and bath towels. Tracey had even provided a shower chair for one of us with mobility issues. Stable cottage is well connected with regular buses to King's Lynn and Norwich - we were able to travel far and wide, using our bus passes. All in all, a most enjoyable and relaxing week with Tracey and Paul always to hand and ready to help. Mike and Judy

Very good stay here! The fan was a life saver because it was so hot when I stayed. The on street parking isn’t great if you have a larger vehicle.
