Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kingswear

Rosalie was very welcoming. My ground floor room was HUGE and the bathroom was lovely and modern. The grounds are lovely and the views are stunning. Rosalie made me feel very relaxed there and provided me with a lovely breakfast. The location was great for my work meeting in ivy bridge and I enjoyed a nice meal at the Trehill pub.

The loveliest stay with the loveliest woman. elegant space full of meaningful and beautiful furniture reflecting Hollie's principles and her way of living. She is as gorgeous as her house and makes very good packed lunches (in lieu of the breakfasts). Perfect for someone like me who did the Devon Weavers Course.

The quality of the accommodation and the friendliness of Phillipa and David were exceptional. I made use of a shared kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, Phillipa offered a dining room to eat in so as to have privacy if I wanted it. The bedroom and shower were immaculate. Overall a fabulous weekend.

Pippa's place was perfect! She has very considerately created a great space for any visitor with many thoughtful touches. A quiet location close to the river, an incredibly comfortable bed, a great bathroom, a little sofa, and a straightforward tv (not as common as one might think!)--so a perfect spot to unwind at the end of a long day exploring all that Totnes and the surrounding area have to offer. And Pippa has lots of good information about places to visit and clearly has a love for the region. I can't recommend her as a host or her place highly enough. I would absolutely love to return.

Ideal for me as I was staying one night. Rachel made me feel very welcome and I found my stay very peaceful and relaxing. The room was very clean and tidy I would be happy to stay agin, thank you Rachel! Just a note:- the car park at the coop is free after 6pm.

This quirky, arty, eco-house was a 5 minute walk to the top of the high street with amazing views of farmland and Dartmoor. The host was incredibly welcoming and very helpful. She provided us with details of excellent places to eat. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the outside covered area. The two cats were adorable and very chilled. This provided a really good base for exploring South Devon. Totnes was fabulous with the market and independent shops. We will definitely visit again.

I had the pleasure of staying with my family at Zanne's house. The location was fantastic, with a wonderful view overlooking the River Dart and Dartmouth Harbour, just a stone's throw from Kingswear Heritage Train Station. The house was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Zanne was friendly and welcoming; we had a fantastic holiday at her place, and we will certainly recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Really great stay. Perfect for us. I would imagine if you had 10 people staying it would be a squeeze. It was clean, good location and well appointed.

Second time here and loved it again! Impeccably clean and tidy on arrival, lovely little outside place to enjoy a drink, own driveway for your car. Lovely, comfy main bed. Everything required in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

Tonia’s place was a perfect location for us attending a friends wedding at the local church, a comfortably walkable distance. The place itself was lovely, clean & comfy, and having a parking space was a bonus also on those tight Devon roads.

We had an excellent stay here in Newton Abbott! Mike and Anna were really lovely and responsive. Looks like the pics and is a good size for a group of friends, beautiful decor as well. Would definitely go back!

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Off road parking and easy access via key box. Lovely garden for the dogs to wander and a nice seating area for drinks of an evening.

I felt more than welcome the moment I arrived, both Carolyn and her husband (teddy I think!) were so kind and helpful. I’d come down to cycle and see a friend. On arrival I realised I’d left part of my bike at home. The hosts literally went above and beyond to help ensure my disaster was solved and I can’t thank them enough. The Airbnb was delightful, beautiful surroundings and perfect location, totally private yet so near all you could need. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay there and will be back, of that I’m sure!

This is the place to stay in Torbay. 10 minutes from shops, beaches and restaurants. Your own private parking in Paignton, bus stop at end of road, 5 minutes to train station (steam or BR), 10 minutes to harbour and ferries - the whole English Riviera on your doorstep and NO driving or parking worries. RESULT. Have to say that the 3 minute walk to a local, very friendly public house(Torbay Inn) was a bonus. The flat was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need and even lots of little personal extras in case we had forgotten anything. The breakfast bar and welcome pack were a lovely touch. Vicki was always very responsive to our requests and positive and supportive. RECOMMENDED. We shall return........

Amazing find! Gorgeous little spot in rural Devon, welcomed by such a lovely friendly couple and their animals. We've stayed in airbnbs all over the world and this is one of the best provisioned ones we've come across. Absolutely everything you could think of. Lovely dinner sat out on the terrace and then breakfast the next morning, with the treat of a goose egg from the beautiful Claudette. Will 100% stay again if we need a place in the area 😊

Sheree and Brian, were great hosts and made us feel right at home. The place is lovely and so peaceful. Nothing was too much Trouble and they certainly had some stories to tell 😃 would definitely visit again.

Lizzie was a lovely host - very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, although small, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. A great location - right on the waterside in Dartmouth - and breakfast was excellent.

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

Mary's place was comfortable and welcoming. Felt right at home. Mary gave us good local directions, as well as a bit of history about the area. Bedroom was very comfortable and private.All round excellent.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

Willow Haven was a lovely place to spend a night. It had everything you could need for a night or two, even longer if you are venturing out for dinners. The location is a little remote but was perfect for me and was extremely peaceful. Heather's instructions were spot on to help find the place. Heather was extremely friendly and responsive. Willow Haven was lovely and cosy, well laid out and had every home comfort you could need. I loved the accommodation, it was beautiful. I only stayed one night but would have been very happy there for longer.

A bright room on the upper floor with a nice view of the leafy surroundings. Hearty breakfasts provided. Was fun to talk with the many other guests. Belinda was a great host.

Polly’s place is just beautiful with the most stunning garden and cosy attic room. The bath is just wonderful (roll top) and the whole stay was so comfy and we had a lovely breakfast of cereals, bread/jam s d juice, plus the tea & coffees were in our room the whole time. Polly is extremely helpful and so friendly and lovely. Highly recommend her place and would stay again for sure! Thanks so much Polly xx
