Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

College View is a modernised stone terraced cottage originally built for rail workers in 1870 with magnificent views across the river to Dartmouth and up the estuary. An ideal base for exploring Devon by car, boat, train and walking. The south west coast path, Dart Marina & steam railway are close by. The patio is perfect for sunny days and sunsets and the loft room is an alternative for those "damp" days. A peaceful quiet spot since 50 steps down from the road with free road parking
