Amazing break away from London city life. Amazing host and the property is flawless. Highly recommend getting a supermarket delivery to the property.

I stayed at Katka’s place with my 2 sisters and 2 cousins for the weekend. Katka gave us a tour of the accommodation on arrival and explained some simple rules on using the pool-spa which were very helpful . We had an absolutely fantastic time here , her place was very nice, clean and spacious for 5 people. We really enjoyed the pool-spa area , taking the covers off was a real giggle and putting them back we laughed more, so be careful. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the sea front , where we found lots of cafes . We had an evening meal at The Crab Shack which was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely and sitting looking out at the sea was a bonus. Thank you Katka for making us feel welcome, oh yeah and thank you for the cakes on our arrival, delicious 😋 Will definitely recommend your accommodation to other people and look forward to to seeing you in the future Kind regards Jane & family 🤗

Trystan was an incredibly kind and helpful host, really accommodating and went out of his way to make sure all of the kiddies were happy and comfortable. If you’re looking for child friendly accommodation this is it, there is every kind of toy and car available for the kids to play with, very easy and a fun house to stay in. Beautiful gardens and a great location.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

This is a very special property. Large, beautifully laid out and equipped. We appreciated the fabulous location, the gorgeous kitchen with 3 ovens and 2 sinks and great space for us all to eat and the comfort of the beds. We also loved the cosy lighting and furnishings., The cows in the field were an added bonus. We loved this place and will likely rebook. Thank you.

what a wonderful place. you feel completely immersed in nature. the views are spectacular and the yurt reminds you how simple living is the best. we only stayed a night but we'll be coming back for a longer stay after seeing what a lovely place it is. thank you Maren and Richard, a great stay.

Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends & family. We went as two couples and three dogs (Hungarian Vizslas), staying in the two neighbouring cottages, and it was idyllic. We had the smaller cottage. Quiet, cosy and clean. We did the vineyard tour and wine tasting with our dogs in tow, which was fab, then had dinner al fresco in front of the accommodation, accompanied by wine from the vineyard. As well as being free to walk our dogs around the vineyard, there are lots of other country walks nearby. Staying in such an old property and countryside location, I was very pleasantly surprised by the strong WiFi, TV with all streaming channels and powerful hot shower, these were the cherry on top after a day out walking. Word of warning to owners of dogs reactive to livestock, there can be cows or sheep in the neighbouring fields only a few feet from the front door, with a fence that could easily be jumped through or over. Not an issue for us but could be for others.

Cute sea side themed cottage with views of the Ley and all the birds to the front and the prom and beach 20 feet from the back gate. Stunning coast line, great walks, good food nearby and only 20 minutes from Kingsbridge and 30.from Salcombe. Basic holiday kitchen, cosy comfy front room, large main bedroom and adequate 2nd with partial view of the sea. Parking permit for right opposite very convenient for us and the dogs. We had a super week, thanks Eva and Richard.

Alison is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble, so friendly & helpful, the cottage has everything you need with a great outlook front and back. The grounds are just amazing woodland with streams and even a waterfall, the perfect retreat & so accessible for all the great Dartmoor tors and features, we will definitely return, thank you Alison

lovley stay everything as described, absolutly charming place. You can even see heytor from the garden, stunning. Loads to do in area too. Our microwave stopped working and they came and replaced with a new one in less than 5 minuites. Only shame was the weather was so nice we didnt get a chance to use the wood burner. Faultless

We spent a week at the property and it was just right for us. It is conveniently situated for the places where we wanted to go to, it was very comfortable and clean, and located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. It has a small table set on the patio, which overlooks the pleasant, dog friendly, not overlooked garden. The breakfast supplies that were left for us were an extra bonus, and saved us having to find local shops. We would certainly recommend staying here, and are sure to return. tip... Babbacombe/Oddicombe beaches (out of season) and the nearby Old Rydon Inn were our favourites. Lovely.

A fantastic stay at Rose Cottage. The location was perfect for us- close to shops and restaurants and the beautiful Brixham Harbour. Sara was very responsive and kept us informed about check in. The cottage itself was beautiful and very clean with all amenities available. A great stay that was well worth the money. Thank you Sara, Nick and Fliss for a great weekend.

Our stay at The Chapel was perfect. We checked in a bit earlier and were welcomed by warm, homemade bread!! The main bed is super comfy and my 14 yr old boy slept soundly in the single. The place was warm and welcoming with a spacious bathroom. The Chapel is really well soundproofed too. So quiet even though it was windy. Dartmoor Prison is on the same street but it’s empty!! Added some atmosphere for us, which we liked! So close to the moors. We drive 50 minutes to Haldon Forest and same distance for quad biking.

Ideal location if you want peace and quiet. Great for dogs as it has a good sized fenced off garden. Right next to the National park, so perfect if you are into walking or running. Would definitely recommend for a couples get away

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We loved our stay at the house. It was perfect for our two families to stay in. The house was so homely and lots of lovely extra touches of flowers, biscuits and wine were really thoughtful. The facilities on site were brilliant: the pool was fabulous; play room much enjoyed by our children of various ages; and the tennis court looked wonderful although we ran out of time to use it - a good excuse to book a return visit!

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

It was an amazing stay, the place is apart of a big holiday ket that has a restaurant and spa. It exceeded expectations! All the staff at cary arms were really great and approachable. People will need to realise in advance how steep the hill is to get to the holiday homes. I had difficulty driving my car back up so Chris and Harry from the cary arms helped me out with that and I tree really appreciated it.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Priesthole Cottage. Access to the larger grounds of the main house and the heated pool were the icing on the cake. Beautiful peaceful surroundings, characterful comfortable cottage, great host in Iona, and the wonderful town/area of Stokenham & Torcross. Thank you Iona!

We were a group of ladies and we loved Sarah's place. The house is beautiful, very homely with everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great showers, lovely and warm. Lots of little extra touches. The pool was fab and we had fun in the games room. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

Great site. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Entertainment was good, food was amazing, not typical microwaved holiday site rubbish and was very reasonably priced. Already booked again for a week in summer holidays. Defo recommend.
