It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Small two-story vacation home. On the ground floor there is storage space for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower. To sleep, you go up the inner staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out into a full double bed.

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years.
