The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. Willkommen im ♡ Bayerns, im kleinen Dorf Berbling. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes und bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber hat Berbling die perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne und WC, einem großen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essbereich und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor einem gemütlichen Kaminofen. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen, solange die Tiere anständig bleiben :-)

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
