Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. The city is the starting point of numerous hiking trails and cycling routes in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park.

I would recommend a stay with the Mettbach family at Adolphsburg Castle to anyone. The place is beautifully furnished with attention to detail - when we arrived the heating was already on, Christmas music was playing & the Christmas tree was lit. At the beginning, we received some information about the history of the castle as well as a look in the library, which we also liked very much!! We didn't feel "fobbed off" at all. Perfect for anyone who wants to escape everyday life for a little while. HERE you can really find peace & relaxation. Thank you !!! We would definitely like to come back.

Pure relaxation in the castle * 2

We enjoyed a week in the beautiful, qualitative, clean and comfortable apartment of Maria, everything was in order. We came to cycle in this hilly region and were allowed to safely store our bikes in a separate enclosed space where we could also use a washing machine. Absolutely recommended, although we did not meet Maria personally, the communication went very well and she made sure that on arrival we were handed the keys by Katja who lives across the street and could also assist us on site if necessary.
