Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Die Kommunikation mit Verena war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut, einfach und absolut unkompliziert. Wir durften deutlich früher in die Wohnung, was uns mit 3 Kindern sehr entgegenkam. Auch während der 4 Tage haben wir immer auf Fragen direkte Antworten bekommen. Zweimal gefragt, zweimal wurde ad-hoc geholfen. Die Lage ist malerisch, vor allem der Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser von dem Balkon aus hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Alltagsstress verflogen ist. Die Wohnung war zudem absolut sauber und von unserem Eindruck fast frisch renoviert. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden, wenn wir wieder in die Region fahren und Urlaub machen, wieder diese Wohnung präferieren. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful unit, newly renovated, clean and spacious and close to the KitzSki Ski resort. It was very at home/cozy and also had a balcony with Mountain View. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Die Unterkunft von Stefan sind definitiv 5 Sterne wert, es ist alles sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Highlight des Apartment ist die eigene Sauna , die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre. Stefan und Sonja sind sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Our ski/snowboard vacation was absolutely perfect thanks to Barbara and her amazing place! From the moment we arrived, Barbara was an exceptional host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The location couldn't have been better – we were just steps away from the lifts and slopes, which made getting on the mountain incredibly convenient. After a long day of skiing, it was wonderful to return to such a cozy and welcoming space. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped; we cooked many meals there and felt right at home. It was fantastic to have that option, especially after a day on the slopes. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the hot showers were a welcome relief after a day in the snow. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus for those of us who drove. We highly recommend Barbara's place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped base for their ski/snowboard trip. Thanks for making our vacation so memorable.

Die Wohnung ist super groß, sehr sauber und vor allem ruhig gelegen. Auch wenn es sich blöd liest, der vorhandene Staubsauger in der Wohnung war bei 5 Personen richtig gut. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral in Richtung Söll und Ellmau. Auch von der Wohnung sind Wanderungen direkt möglich. Hubert ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich in der Unterkunft direkt wohl.

Het appartement van Andrea is fantastisch. Wij waren er op te skiën, 10 minuten rijden naar Kaprun en Zell am Zee, 30 minuten naar Saalbach. Allemaal heerlijke skigebieden en lekker afwisselend (met 1 skipas toegang). De bedden zijn heerlijk, de badkamer zeer ruim, de keuken super, en een heerlijk balkon met de hele dag zon. Een echte aanrader en we komen graag nog een keer terug!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Lodge „Auszeit“ und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft ist super nah an den Ski-Gebieten gelegen und liegt an einer wunderschönen weitläufigen Wiese mit Berg. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet, sowohl das Wohnzimmer, die Bade- und Schlafzimmern, als auch die Küche. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe im Detail und die Gastgeberin Daniela ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Sauna, in der man nach einem sportlichen Tag wunderbar entspannen kann, auch hier lohnt sich der Blick nach draußen für eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können es kaum erwarten, wieder zu kommen!

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

Es war eine super Woche, die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, auch die Lage am Sonnenhang ist hervorragend. Die Betten und jeweils ein Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer sind top. Der grosse Balkon mit Sonne fast den ganzen Tag ist auch klasse. Das einzige was aus meiner Sicht zu bemängeln wäre, sind die Küchen Utensilien, eher billige Ikea Sachen und grad so knapp bestückt.

Fijne accommodatie in een prachtige omgeving. We hebben ons super vermaakt met onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4). Ondanks dat het buiten heel erg warm was, bleef het appartement koel. De bedden sliepen fijn. De communicatie met Renate was erg goed en verliep soepel.

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!

We spent 4 wonderful days in a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. We thank the host for the good reception and hospitality. I definitely recommend it and we will repeat the reservation in the future. Thank you.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

Top Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Sauna, Pool und Whirlpool können jederzeit genutzt werden. Auch die Kommunikation war problemlos und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Sky Appartement. Der Check-In war super einfach und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Karte, Süßigkeiten und einer Flasche Sekt überrascht. Das Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht.
