Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kitzbühel District

We had a great stay in Mark and Merry's spacious house. The house is well located close to the village and the bakery is a 10-minute walk away. We did several beautiful hikes, however, we had to take the car to get there. The Klamms, as he calls them, are magnificent. The region is beautiful at the foot of the mountains, you can see them directly from the back of the house. The bathrooms are extremely large and we enjoyed the multiple toilets and showers which simplifies life with several people in the house😉. The only negative point I have to add is for people who are allergic to dust. Probably due to the fields surrounding the house, there are carpets which creates a lot of dust. I would also have liked some flowers like in the photo.

We had an amazing stay at Tom’s place! Beautiful and cozy house perfect for our girls trip. Near ski bus so it was easy to reach the larger ski area.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We have stayed multiple times at Ferdinand's place, it really does feel like home to us. Ferdinand, although not necessary at this point, ALWAYS makes it a point to check in with us to see how we're doing and if we need anything. He is a fantastic host. A fabulous apartment on a farm with a garden porch facing stunning views of the Alps. Starting and finishing each day on the porch enjoying these views was so peaceful. This spacious apartment has everything you may need for a short or longer stay. A very comfortable bed. The host is very friendly and helpful. One of the loveliest Airbnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. We’re hoping to stay again for longer sometime soon and explore further this beautiful part of Austria. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

Easy to find the house and easy to park our car right outside the door. Great with lockbox and code and good with two keys when we, like us, were several. We lacked nothing. Nice space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and tidy everywhere. It means a lot to us, so we immediately felt at home and comfortable. Lovely with a quick, friendly and welcoming response when we approached the landlord with different questions. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back. With gratitude, The Vestergaard family

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. We are extremely grateful and would love to come back!

Great accommodation, wonderful location and with a spacious apartment (we were 4 people, with 6 people possibly a little tight, especially because of only 1 bathroom). The check-in and handover went smoothly and we enjoyed the stay, especially the evening sitting in the conservatory.

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything was clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were simply satisfied all around and felt comfortable at all times. Thank you for this wonderful holiday.

Great accommodation with perfect proximity to the ski lift. The place is great for family holidays with beginners, but also offers advanced skiers enough variety. The apartment left nothing to be desired. The landlord was very helpful and also asked unobtrusively in between whether everything was okay. We will be happy to come back!

Located in the beautiful mountains, perfect for hiking. When the weather is nice, the view is very nice. To all drivers: It gets curvy, steep and sometimes a few cows join the road :) All in all it was a perfect holiday for us.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this great house! I was there with friends and we enjoyed the time all around. The house offers a lot of space, is cozy and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and his family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week flew by. Thank you for that! :)
