The apartment is spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Two beautiful bathrooms and a total of three toilets was perfect for us. Contact with Peter or the neighbor on site was very straightforward. Extremely quiet location, but you only have a view of the lake from certain points. We also really enjoyed the picnic table on the edge of the forest, where we were able to escape the heat well.

We really liked it in the Villa Albatros. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The bed is comfortable, the apartment very nice. Everything necessary and specified is available. Check-in and check-out worked wonderfully. The location is beautiful and you can quickly get to Velden or Klagenfurt. There is a very good restaurant (Bistro Südsee) and a small, quiet, very nice beach within walking distance. There are also many worthwhile excursion destinations in the area. A visit is totally worth it.

A beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment with great views of Lake Wörthersee. Due to the two balconies, you always have the choice of sun and shade. The beach with 5€ entrance (public access to the lake does not offer beautiful sunbathing areas, are very rare and from the apartment at least 20 min walk) was very nice and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. One tourist tax per person per night will be added to the rental price.

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Villa Albatros. The apartment is very stylish, high quality and nicely decorated, and the kitchen super equipped. The location overlooking the lake is especially great, and the terrace a dream! Communication with the host worked out great and smoothly - you always had an open ear and was very eager to address our concerns. We felt very comfortable!

The room is good, the facilities are complete, and the room is very quiet.The window view from the bedroom is very beautiful.Close to the station and the city center.

A charming studio apartment in Klagenfurt. Clean with everything you need. The host was proactive in communication and always available. We will come again.

Great accommodation. Inside, everything was newly done. Communication with the landlord was smooth and very fast. However, it would be good if you arrive by car or similar, as we have not seen any public transport at the accommodation. But the next train station is already about 2 km away and then also the beautiful lake.

I had a great stay at Peter's place. The flat is sparkling clean. Peter is a great host: very welcoming, great communication, he even gave me a lift from the airport. Public transport links are very close, so I could get myself easily to the rail station to go hiking. I was able to go to Gerlitzen, Dobratsch and Pyramidenkogel using public transport only.

Kerrtu is a lovely host, she cares a lot about the comfort of her guests and offers a really warm Finnish-Austrian hospitality. Always available on the phone, she responds quickly to any request and most of all she has a really friendly and welcoming character. The apartment is REALLY charming!

Orsi was a fantastic host; really responsive and flexible as well as helpful. She was understanding, a local tour guide, and gave great recommendations. The flat itself was fantastic, there was a new bathroom fitted which was lovely, and the photos don't do the living space justice. It's bigger than it appeared on the photos and is very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Apart from the direct and uncomplicated communication, the location is great. 5 min from Undine train station, the other direction in 5 minutes in the city center. In addition, a beautiful garden for chilling.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. Anyway, thanks for everything and see you soon.

summer stay. beautiful view from the balcony, and cool location. the nearest mountain summit is 100 meters higher, 1250 above sea level or so, 1km walkable uphill. Well equipped mountain apartment in holiday complex. elevators. pool. not busy at all in August. Astrid (host) is always ready to help. We enjoyed a lot.
