The 60m ² apartment includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable couch (extendable as a sofa bed), a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Of course there is also free WiFi available

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Das Ferienhaus OPAL ist ein charmantes Domizil mit Pool, Tischtennis, Grillplatz und Garage für ihr Auto, direkt am Naherholungsgebiet Spitalberg im Norden von Klagenfurt am Wörthersee gelegen. Sie erreichen Klagenfurts lebhafte Renaissance-Altstadt in wenigen Autominuten. Das Opal ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in den Alpe-Adria-Raum oder an die zahlreichen Kärntner Seen. Italien ist nur 42 Autominuten entfernt.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Villa Kreuzbergl - Single Room

Klagenfurt's local mountain "Kreuzbergl" is right on our doorstep. The hiking trails of the local recreation area lead past ponds and a beautifully situated vantage point to Lake Wörthersee. Along the Lend Canal, the lake can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike. Klagenfurt city centre is just 1 km away and almost all sights are within walking distance.
