Das alte Holzhaus befindet sich in absoluter Allein- und Ruhelage am Waldrand. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge an die nahegelegenen Seen (Klopeiner-See, Wörthersee). Ideal für Naturliebhaber die gerne Wandern, Fischen, Schwammerl suchen, oder einfach nur Ruhe suchen. Alles was man hier hört ist das Rauschen des Baches. Die Hütte wurde 2017 komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Ein neues Bad und eine neue Küche wurden ebenfalls errichtet.
