Super friendly host , apartment is clean and location is very beautiful.

The loft was really sweet and unique. You can see how much love was put into it. 💕 The sensational location directly on the lake, with a sunbathing lawn and lake access, tennis court, underground parking and a really good, within walking distance, pizzeria is particularly special. Not to forget the sweet kiosk on the ground floor, which simply has everything you need. 👌The people at the facility are very friendly with each other. You will be directly infected with this sunny disposition. 🤩 The next day, you walk through the facility with a big grin and greet everyone you meet. This is pure vacation. I would have loved to stay longer. Unfortunately, we were just passing through. But we'll be back😍. Best regards, Verena and Andi

Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. Pleasantly cool in the height of summer, as it is a lower ground floor. The beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I could use for free, is less than a minute away. It is only a few minutes' walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ and spa area with indoor and outdoor pool were included. When we arrived, we found flowers and sweets. This was very attentive. The apartment is very well equipped, everything you need (and more) can be found in the household. We felt very comfortable. Despite the many parties in the house, it is very quiet.

We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help.
