The chalet includes a kitchen, living/dining room with TV, Wi-Fi Internet & large fireplace, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower, toilet and guest toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and a large garden invite you to relax, do yoga or barbecue. The treehouse is a hit for all children. Several lakes, alpine hiking trails in the Karawanks and the state capital Klagenfurt can be reached in 15-20 minutes.

Das alte Holzhaus befindet sich in absoluter Allein- und Ruhelage am Waldrand. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge an die nahegelegenen Seen (Klopeiner-See, Wörthersee). Ideal für Naturliebhaber die gerne Wandern, Fischen, Schwammerl suchen, oder einfach nur Ruhe suchen. Alles was man hier hört ist das Rauschen des Baches. Die Hütte wurde 2017 komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Ein neues Bad und eine neue Küche wurden ebenfalls errichtet.
