The apartment is newly renovated, newly furnished and is located in the middle of the beautiful Absberg. It has three bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as well as the large living room. The kitchen has a modern built-in kitchen including a dishwasher and offers enough space to sit together comfortably in the adjacent dining room. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub as well as a washing machine.

Many cycling and hiking trails and the proximity to lakes offer both couples and families many leisure activities. Our farm is also in a quiet location for workers who are looking for an overnight stay in the vicinity of their workplace. Breakfast options and local delicacies are within walking distance.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.
