Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Small modern in-law in quiet location

It is an in-law apartment in a quiet location. A box spring bed with 160 cm x 200 cm, as well as a modern sofa and armchair are available. A dining table with 2 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and a stove are available. There is a TV and WiFi in the apartment. In addition to the shower, toilet and sink, a washing machine is also available in the bathroom.

Apartment "Gartenstübchen"

The fully furnished apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. Rottweil, the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, is only 3 kilometres away. The Black Forest and the Swabian Alb are right at your doorstep. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. A car parking space directly at the house is also available.

The cosy Alb-Domizil between Albstadt and Balingen

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip.
