On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Settle in in our "Hilde" - your charming retreat in a former campsite. The tiny house is superbly equipped and offers you a lot of privacy on the terrace with privacy screen. "Hilde" is the perfect place for two people or a small family and invites you to take a break from city life. The garden has space for a small tent – ideal for children or additional visitors. The tiny house is located in the third row almost directly on the lake.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Cycling, water sports, swimming or a walk through the directly adjacent forest make this retreat - only about 1 hour from Berlin - special. Fixed connection of the sewage, shower and toilet as at home. Also in autumn and winter an opportunity for a break.

Potsdam and Berlin are about 40 minutes away.
