With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system.
