Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Knox County

We loved the size of the home and appreciated two bedrooms. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate. All in all, it was comfortable and convenient to the areas we wished to see. It was in a quiet neighborhood but within easy driving to the areas we wished to see. We thank the owners for sharing it with us.

Gordon was very easy to communicate with. Such a nice guy! Definitely going to take advantage of their other Airbnbs in the future. The house was comfy, and neighbors were nice. Definitely recommend.

An excellent stay that is perfectly clean and right near the beautiful downtown Knoxville area!

Great place to stay for a nearby event. Had the necessities. Bed was comfortable, pillows were decent. The master bath was nice. I didn’t do a lot of cooking so the kitchen had what I needed but was very basic. Easy to get in. The neighborhood had a few tougher looking houses but was pretty quiet overall. Couple of times there would be barking but nothing during the night. I’d look to book again for next year if I come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Dustin's place. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The house was clean and well decorated and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Dustin's directions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this home. The only caution is that if you are looking for easy accessibility, be aware that there are five steps leading to the front door and five more steps inside leading to the living area.

My family and I were in town for a business trip and this was the perfect place to relax in while we were there. Super neat and unique pieces throughout the property, surrounded by trees. My wife loved the porches and downstairs suite. Beautiful stained glass doors and vaulted ceilings. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Knoxville!

We came for a rowing regatta and the location was convenient - 13 min away which definitely helped with early 6am starts. The immediate neighborhood is safe, quiet and well kept. I have to commend Morgan on her styling. I am in the design industry and the through line of color and detail she took on this property from home shutters to the entire interior made for a calm, restful and beautiful stay. I live a high stress life and admit, I am impacted by the tranquility and aesthetics of my surroundings. Morgan’s home gave me three days of peace even though I was driving a frenetic family of five and lugging crew gear over 15 hours of to/from commuting.

Cheri's place was absolutely perfect for our needs!!! House was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped kitchen (we brought all our own food), bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice, We cannot wait to come back and stay again! We loved it

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

The unit was super clean and the decor was cute. We were not looking for a place to stay where we could walk around and explore so this fit our needs perfectly. The location was close to a restaurant called Aretha Frankenstein. This place is a must! They only have breakfast and lunch and the pancakes are to die for! We would definitely stay here again!

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . As Good as It Gets is Top Notch! Clean, perfect size, beds comfortable - woke up every morning feeling like I was in my own home. Perfect location - walking distance to Old City & Downtown! Price was right! Safe and secure! Central to everything! Waaaaaay better than staying in hotel! Parking everywhere and yes, you have to pay for parking, but 24-hour lot rates are still cheaper than hotel parking charges. As a host, Blake is super friendly. He is extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiry. Check-in/Check-out process easy. Super pleased with whole experience and great value for the three days stay! Hope to stay there again at some point.

Despite the location above a busy intersection and restaurant, was reasonably quiet at night. Through, the periodic train passing through will wake you up each night.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
