Separate attic apartment with approx. 53 m², which is reached via a shared staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed. In the bathroom is a shower + cabinet and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally equipped: 4-burner induction stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

This apartment is wonderful & well prepared & thoughtfully equipped. Helmut is a fantastic host !! Spacious (very high ceilings and large multi-glazed windows provide light,comfortable location - very walkable to old town, ferries, shops & supermarkets. Railway about 15min walk. The designated washer/drier a blessing. Very large bathroom & bedroom made the stay relaxing. Helmut has lots of recommendations of things to see. We took the all-day return ferry (KD Ferries) up the Rhine to Rudesheim & saw so many beautiful towns & castles etc. Good food on board also. A trip across the river to the fortress (cable car from river) also recommended. Coblenz is so relaxing and a joy to walk along both river promenades. Plenty of cafes to enjoy. Helmut's apartment is excellent. 5 stars !!!!!

A super spacious and cozy accommodation with everything you need! Even the selection of feminine hygiene products, you don't see that often! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, but it is very easy to reach on foot! If you have a light sleep, you should bring earplugs, freight trains pass by every now and then, but otherwise they don't bother you at all, strong recommendation :)

I did my master, part 1 and 2, in Koblenz and stayed with Wilfried (and Beate) during that time. I arrived from S-H and was able to come when I want. The apartment was heated, the shutters (I came late at night) were let down. There was water and a "welcome beer" in the fridge. EXACTLY how you want TO BE received after 8 hours' drive <3 ! The bed was freshly made and pleasantly made. Over the total almost 9 months I was there, there was not a situation, not one thing that Wilfried and Beate couldn't help or help me with! If I had anything, it was done the next day at the LATEST. Everything you could need can be found in the vicinity, e.g. in Lahnstein and around the corner there are bus stops if you don't want to drive yourself. If I could give 6 or 7 stars... If you are traveling to Koblenz and don't have to worry about the accommodation, check in here!

We had a very nice 5-day stay in Koblenz. The apartment is spacious and furnished in very harmonious colors. Everything you could need for a longer stay is there, e.g. dishwasher and washing machine. Marlon provided us with access data and information in a timely and understandable manner and was always available for further questions. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can walk to the Moselle in 2 minutes and along it over a bridge in 10 minutes to the old town. A Lidl can be reached in less than 10 minutes via a pedestrian crossing at the lock. We were there by car and found a free parking space on the street next to the house, from the train station there are also 2 buses with stops nearby. Since we also had luck with the weather, it was an all-round perfect stay. Thank you very much.
