Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kobuleti

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

если быть краткой, то однозначно рекомендую. очень уютно и красиво. все есть, кроме е микроволновки, но для меня это совсем не критично. критично - наличие жезвы для варки кофе, и это огроменный плюс. была в мае, утром и вечером на улице прохладно, а в доме очень тепло и в дополнение ещё и батарея есть. рядом магазин, но открывается только в начале июня. кафе в 3х минутах ходьбы. пляж отличный. в общем мне все понравилось. о хозяйке - ответы практически,ки моментальные и на все вопросы. жаль не удалось лично увидеться. кстати, очень. важный момент - разрешила сделать позднее выселение. добраться не проблема - такси я ндекс есть. время ожидания минут 10. для меня нормально. все дело в планировании времени. спасибо за гостеприимство.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Уже второй раз останавливаемся в одном из домиков Мамуки. Потрясающее место, тихая, спокойная часть поселка Шекветили. Классный домик, много места, всё продумано. Уютно и красиво.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Спасибо большое, это был отличный дом для нас, бвло все, даже одноразовые зубные щетки, было все предусмотрено хозяином. Локация просто отличная, все очень близко. 4 спальни, 3 санузла гостиная, кухня балкон. Однозначно к рекомендации.

Very good host and apartment

Моё пребывание в апартаментах Orb City было просто великолепным! 🌿 Квартира очень стильная, уютная и идеально чистая — чувствовалось, что здесь заботятся о каждом мелком удобстве. Все необходимое для комфортной жизни было под рукой: от мягкого постельного белья до полностью оборудованной кухни. Особое спасибо хозяевам — общение было лёгким и приятным, быстро отвечали на все вопросы и были очень внимательны. Район тоже понравился: безопасный, современный, с кафе, магазинами и прекрасной инфраструктурой. Это было не просто жильё, а настоящий маленький оазис, в который приятно возвращаться после дня прогулок. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова, если буду в городе!

Отличный номер! Просторный, современный, море прямо через дорогу. Вид - огонь! Видно и горы, и море, и небоскребы. Классно отдохнул - приеду еще раз!

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Одна из лучших квартир по соотношению цена/качество в Батуми Все замки кодовые, никаких ключей, новый ремонт, мощный кондиционер, вся необходимая техника С открытыми окнами немного шумно из-за близости промышленных внешних блоков кондиционеров, но сами окна имеют прекрасную шумоизоляцию Отдельно есть прачечная комната с сушилкой

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

Great place! It's central to easily reach any place in Batumi. It's apparently bigger than it seems in description. As a family of 4 we felt very comfortable. Absolutely great owner, who is very friendly and helpful. There was a change of keys in the building. All other neighbours couldn't get in the building, while we were one of the few who already got new keys. We asked for late checkout and owner was happy to help. All in all - great experience.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

I love stay in Maya's place, one of best in Kvariati

This is the best Airbnb experience I have had so far. Maia was always available to respond to any questions we had, even before we arrived at the apartment. Besides that, she prepared some local cuisine for our arrival, which was a small but warm gesture from her. The apartment itself is excellent - brand new, 2-bedroom, comfortable sofa, clean and convenient bathroom. I believe the price is worth these conditions. It's a 10/10 experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone.
