Hyggelig og nyrenoveret lejlighed i et større hus. Central beliggenhed i Køge centrum. Gå afstand til indkøb og tog. Tæt på strand og skov. Lejligheden udlejes som selvstændig del af huset. Men i den anden del af huset bor vi en familie som består af mor, far og to drenge på 6 og 7 år samt to nysgerrige hunde og en kat. Et soveværelse og evt. mulighed for opredning til mindre børn.
