Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. Close to the large forest area at Gjorslev Manor is "Bakkeskov", which is a beautiful and cozy 4-wing farm. The guest house is in the original barn building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved a fantastic transformation. Visible beams and idyllic stable windows preserve the authentic look of a former barn. In the 78 m2, there is both a cozy sleeping area with a double bed /B:180 cm, as well as an open kitchen-living room environment, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Welcome to our beautiful family cottage in Rødvig! We are a family with 3 generations who love our lovely house in Rødvig, where we find peace and comfort both together and separately. We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
