The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

NOTE: bring bed linen and towels. Køge is 15 minutes by car, where there are opportunities for shopping, cafes, restaurants and a movie theater. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are 5 minutes from the house by car.

The house is located on a large natural plot with forest ideal for play and adventure. It is a 15-minute drive to Stege with shops and restaurants and a 3 km walk to Klintholm harbor town. Optimal area for sea trout fishing. The 'Camønoen' hiking trail passes right by. The house is modernly decorated and sleeps up to 8.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 130 m² med plads til 12 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Huset ligger i en naturskønt område med kun 2 minutters gang til strand og badebro. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

The bathroom is older and has no shower, but a hand shower at the sink. The house is located in beautiful Strøby, close to the beach. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance and shopping within 4 km. The house is under renovation both outside and inside. Bed linen and towels are available in the house.
