Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolbermoor

Had a great stay. Got offered to park inside the garage. Followed the recommendations for things to see in the area and had a blast! Will return.

Great stay outside the city. Perfect for short stay and with friends. Hosts very friendly and we got the chance to check-in earlier than 2 pm. Would stay here again. :)

Very nice and above all family-friendly accommodation. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the descriptions. We were in the apartment with two families (3 children, 2-8 years). The outdoor area with pool was great and also great for the kids. The direct location on the railway tracks with regular train and freight traffic (even at night) was not disturbing for us. We will be happy to come back.

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

Very nice and cozy apartment, great place, warm hosts! We immediately felt comfortable. Kitchen is superbly equipped. Quiet location, ideal for starting hikes. And in hot weather there are many swimming lakes in the surrounding area

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

We arrived as two households with a toddler. Our granddaughter was immediately delighted with the truly child-friendly amenities. We didn't expect this to be so great. Very child-friendly for small children and babies. We liked the generous interior design as well as the tasteful furnishings. There was everything you needed. We can recommend this accommodation with a very good conscience.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

The apartment is just as great as described. It was super clean, is excellently equipped and very well located to explore the beautiful Chiemgau. Anja, our contact person, did the check-in with us and also gave us good tips. Sabine also inquired about us and was super friendly and interested. Next time, we would book the accommodation again through Airbnb.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many inquiries, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back. Thank you for these wonderful days!

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The apartment is easy to find, has really everything you need and the great terrace with the well-kept garden and beautiful roses completes everything. For us, the ground-level entrance was great, because the grandfather of our little one, who was with us, unfortunately can walk very badly and so is dependent on help and a wheelchair. No problem here, no steps at all. The equipment was really great here and bakers and butchers are really quickly reached and both very tasty. The place itself is rather quiet, which we also enjoyed and is still absolutely beautifully located and a great starting point to start excursions in the area by car, bike or even by train. So, during the week, we explored the Tegernsee and its surroundings by car, discovered Bad Tölz and chased our little one up and down the summer toboggan run and enjoyed the days on the terrace, where the little one could even enthusiastically use the toy tractor.

Excellent stay at Franziska's! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located less than a mile from the train station, providing easy access to Munich and day trip destinations. Gauting offers wonderful restaurants and cafes to explore as well as a beautiful walking trail that runs along the river. Franziska was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend - thank you for a memorable Bavarian experience!
