Holiday rentals with beach access in Komi

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. Figen Abla was incredibly warm and welcoming – she made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again

Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

We had a lovely stay at Maria's place. Everything was very clean and the furniture well maintained. The location is perfect and quiet, a restaurant is just downstairs and shops are a 5-minute walk. The welcome was perfect and everything matched the listing. Maria was very responsive to messages sent and communication went very well. I would recommend the place if you want to stop in Volissos

The location is at the center of the fountain. If you jump out of the window, you will fall into Çeşme Marina. The location was very good, Ms. Ece helped us in every way and took care of us in a very good and polite way. We are very pleased. There may be a parking problem during the day, but there is a parking space in the evening.

We had a great stay! The apartment is stylish, thoughtful, spotless, bright . The layout is very good and really had everything you might need for your stay. We were impressed by the usability and attention to details. Very good frames, lighting, curtains, lots of storage and hangers, convenient kitchen. The balcony area was large, clean and with very comfortable furniture. The view of the sea was tranquilizing. The spot is extremely convenient: very close to the airport, in an alley where rare cars pass, with free municipal parking in 1 minute and next to restaurants, cafes, etc. All the instructions Dimitris gave us were clear and easy. Communication was human, helpful. Our stay left a sweet aftertaste. Thank you :)

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The most perfect apartment right on the water. Totally exceeded all expectations. Spacious, well located, and equipped with anything you might need.

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

The apartment has two rooms, we stayed with 4 people very comfortably, we sat on the balcony in the evening and spent time. It was a house that reflected the spirit of the island. our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
