Holiday rentals with beach access in Komi

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. Figen Abla was incredibly warm and welcoming – she made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again

Ploumi ve eşi dost canlısıydı. Eve geldiğimizde buzdolabına kahvaltılık ve içecek bırakmışlar ve ayrılırken de hediye verdiler. Çok güzel jest oldu bizim için. Aynı dili konuşamazsakta aynı duyguları paylaştık. İngilizce anlaştık, zaman zaman google translate anlaşmamız yardımcı oldu. Bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu ve kendimizi memleketimizde gibi hissettik. Sakız Adasına gitmek isteyenlere bu yeri, aileyi tavsiye ederim. Umarım yakın zamanda yine görüşmek üzere. Ploumi' ye ve ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Maria. Tout était très propre et le mobilier bien entretenu. La localisation est parfaite et au calme, un restaurant est juste en bas et les commerces sont a 5 minutes à pied. L'acceuil était parfait et tout correspondait a l'annonce. Maria était très réactive aux messages envoyés et la communication c'est très bien déroulée. Je recommande le logement si vous souhaitez vous arréter à Volissos

Konum çeşmenin merkezinin de merkezinde. Camdan atlasanız Çeşme Marinaya düşersiniz. Konum çok iyiydi, Ece hanım her konuda bize yardımcı oldu çok iyi ve kibar bir şekilde ilgilendi. Gayet memnunuz. Gündüz park yeri problemi yaşanabiliyor ancak akşam park yeri bulunuyor.

Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα είναι καλαίσθητο, προσεγμένο, πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό . Η διαρρύθμιση είναι πάρα πολύ καλή και πραγματικά είχε ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για την διαμονή του. Μας εντυπωσίασε η ευχρηστία και η προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες. Πολύ καλά κουφώματα, φωτισμός, κουρτίνες, πολλοί αποθηκευτικοί χώροι και κρεμάστρες, βολική κουζίνα. Ο χώρος του μπαλκονιού ήταν μεγάλος, καθαρός και με πολύ άνετα έπιπλα. Η θέα στην θάλασσα ήταν ηρεμιστική. Το σημείο είναι εξαιρετικά βολικό: πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, σε στενό που περνάνε σπάνια αυτοκίνητα, με δωρεάν δημοτικό παρκινγκ στο 1 λεπτό και δίπλα σε εστιατόρια, καφέ κ.α. Όλες οι οδηγίες που μας έδωσε ο Δημήτρης ήταν σαφείς και εύκολες. Η επικοινωνία ήταν ανθρώπινη, βοηθητική. Η διαμονή μας άφησε μια γλυκιά επίγευση. Ευχαριστούμε :)

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. I especially appreciated their hospitality and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Chios!

Ayşe Hanım gerçekten muhteşem bir ev sahibiydi. Kusursuz bir şekilde bize destek oldu. Daha önce böyle bir misafirperverlik yaşamamıştık. Konakladığımız tesiste hem çok güzel hemde sıcacıktı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik ve inanılmaz keyif aldık. Ayşe Hanım bize daha biz ihtiyacımızı hissetmeden destek oldu. Giriş yaptığımızda çok güzel ikramlar ile bizi karşıladı. Biz evi çok temiz modern ve altyapısı tamamen yeterli bulduk. Bulunduğu köy huzur dolu sessiz ve geleneksel özelliklerini koruyan bir ada köyüydü ve sahilinde gem denize girdik hem de güzel yemekler yedik. Nostaljikti. Adada gezilecek tüm yerlere nerdeyse eşit mesafede bir konumdaydı. Ancak mutlaka ev sahibimizin her an ve her şekilde bize samimiyetle yardımcı olması ise paha biçilemezdi. Çok istediğimiz restoran için bize rezervasyon için bile yardımcı oldu. Yine adata has ürünler evde bizim için süpriz olarak bırakılmıştı ve ilk günkü içme suyumuz bile dolapta hazırdı. Eve gayet kolay bir giriş deneyimi yaşadık.Her türlü konuda sıcak bir iletişim içindeydi. Bir yakınımızın evinde gibiydik. Chios’daki evimiz belli artık. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkürler .❤️

Sakız adasına geldiğimde bundan sonraki adresimiz dimitra'nın evi olacak. Ev çok merhaba zimbşr konumda ve çok güzle bir manzara ve konfora sahip. Eşyalar reteo tarzda ve Bi o kadar kullanışlı. Dimitra çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Eve grişimizden çıkana kadar her türlü sorularımızı yanıtınız bırakmadı ve çok ilgilendi. Çıkış günü eve bizden sonra misafir gelmeyeceği için çıkış saatini bize bıraktı. Burdan dimitra'ya tekrar çok teşekkür etmek isterim.

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Elli her zaman çok anlayışlı davrandı eve giriş saatimiz belli değildi ve sürekli değiştirmek istedik elli hiç sorun etmedi bizi kocası karşıladı ve bütün sorduğumuz sorulara çok anlayışlı yaklaştı. Konum limana 15 dk yürüme mesafesi ama rahat yürünür hiç sorun olmaz evde her şey vardı hiçbir şey eksik değildi ve temizdi. Ev şehrin merkezinde temiz ve çok konforluydu. Ev sahibimiz aileye çok teşekkür ederiz her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Dairenin iki odası var 4 kişi çok rahat konakladık akşam balkonda oturup vakit de geçirdik. Adanın ruhunu yansıtan bir evdi. Giriş çıkış saatlerinde yardımcı oldular. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

our stay at Lenia’s house was great! Perfect location in small city Nenita, where you can feel like a local, drink coffee, eat something and make shopping. In the apartment was everything we needed for a few days, kitchen was fully equipped, and we had the best sleep in very quiet bedroom 😌 Lenia was a great host, very helpful and communicative. I’m highly recommend this place!

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
