Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Zusätzlich lässt sich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Knopfdruck in eine bequeme Schlafcouch verwandeln – ideal für weitere Gäste oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. The White Owl at the organic farm

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

Come to rest - this is what the guests in our cozy and romantic cottage achieve. The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

The special thing about this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together.
