On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Total size approx. 140 m² (Shared use of the swimming area is permitted)

With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.

Penthouse Waterside lake and mountain view Zell am See

The lovingly built apartment 'Penthouse Waterside' is located on the sunny side of the lake in Thumersbach overlooking the Schmittenhöhe, Lake Zell and the Pinzgau mountains. Modernly equipped, with east and south balcony, ski/bicycle room, infrared cabin. Great location right on the lake, a few minutes' walk to the beach and supermarket.

Relax, with the whole family or friends, in our beautiful house! Use of the in-house sauna is possible at any time on request! €30 per day for the entire stay! The day of departure is not counted! The tourist tax of €3.10 per day per person must be paid in cash on site!
