The 7th stage of the *Malerweg* hiking trail passes directly by the house. This cozy and spacious holiday apartment (55 sq m) is located on the ground floor of a house (built in 1900) in the district of Pfaffendorf. Amenities include a dedicated parking space, a private guest terrace in the courtyard, and secure high-speed Wi-Fi.

Our house with 2 apartments is in a quiet location at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the ferry landing, the water park and restaurants. Good starting point for hikes, bike rides, as well as visits to castles and castles as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away.

The property is located in a quiet location in a local settlement on the southern Elbe slope. Right next to the house is the forest, where you can start your hikes. The train station is only 10 minutes away. From there you can reach Dresden in 45 minutes (every half hour) or and also to the further upper Elbe Valley. A supermarket is within walking distance in 15 minutes.
