When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Rhein und der Insel Grafenwerth, einem beliebten Ausflugsort mit Park, Spielplätzen, Sportflächen und einem Freizeitbad. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sowie Bus- und Stadtbahn. Die Innenstadt von Bad Honnef sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Ein Restaurant und eine Eisdiele befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Oberdollendorf. The self-contained 90 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house at the foot of the Petersberg 1 bedroom approx. 16 sqm with a 180 x 200 bed 1 bedroom approx. 16 square meters with two 100 x 200 beds 1 bathroom, kitchen, office corner, 1 large dining-living area of about 35 square meters, with flat-screen TV and cozy corner sofa. ... and a balcony overlooking Bonn and the vineyards! Parking is free in our street!

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Regional- Bahnhof Mehlem -Lannesdorf ca. 10min zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle nach Godesberg oder Bonn Zentrum ca. 250m. This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
