Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Konkan Division

Probably the best checkin experience ever. The location feels right in the city yet offbeat because of the greenary/lake view. The room felt super cozy, and had all the things I needed. Perfect for those who need a break from noisy environments whilst being close to the city. Preitesh was a wonderful host, was always available when needed & also a great person to speak to. (Specially if you’re into films)

Mr. Anup exceeds every expectations and that is the surprise part of my stay. He is available almost 24x7 and I must say he is completely dedicated to serve his customers. Not only that he goes out of the way to support his guest for matters not related to his property. A humble soft spoken pro active and highly efficient in being not just a host but creating an impression of being a family member. Thanks a lot Anup keep going 💯💯

Great host. Highly recommend. Very friendly as well. And the place is very well maintained. The space is very cosy and tiny, so it was a perfect gateway for me and my friend. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Provided the much needed overnight break from our long drive. Easy access without much detour- just off the Pune-Mumbai expressway. The lush green view with mountains in the backdrop was a pleasure to wake up to! The morning walk through the golf course was refreshing. Our only regret is that we did not have enough time to explore the club house, but it looked fantastic with a great list of options for the users. The neighbourhood had too many stray dogs, they would occasionally chase the vehicles. There weren’t any good places to eat out after 9pm.. and the area offers little once you step out of Lodha Belmondo. Highly recommended for travellers on the Pune-Mumbai expressway. Special thanks to the host for their thoughtful provision of bathroom and cooking essentials, the packet of milk in the fridge and the cookies!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family! The house had a great vibe—clean, well-kept, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available, and the kitchen was fully functional, which made things really convenient for us. The host went above and beyond—he even arranged a few extra kitchen items we requested within 10 minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. A great place to stay if you are a solo or a duo traveller! The locality is good, everything is available in walking distance. Sometimes the security guards here are rude for no reason but thats something one can’t change. Mr. Soumen is a great host!

Very good stay, The Waterfront villa is very huge 7Bedroom property with lots of amenities, Luxurious interiors too, and the caretaker and chef service was very good too, Thank you for hosting us.

Caretaker Kaustubh was one of the best person I've ever met. Bro was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout. Thanks to Sidhhesh as well for maintaining the property really good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

I would love to suggest this place to all my friends and collegues although im from banglore this stay made me fall in love and the quick response even for a small things it was fast enough totaly loved the place ❤️❤️

I had a wonderful stay to this place. I would highly recommend this place for people travelling with kids. The apartment is very well maintained, the host superb and the location of Hiranandani estate with a lake view was amazing.

Lovely and cozy place. Had all the basic amenities and felt right at home. Had all bathroom, kitchen, laundry, cleaning supplies in place and you can definitely travel light. Great interiors and clean place.

Ganesh's place was clean and nice place to stay. You can cook you own food if you want, all the required utensils are provided. Also the location is good you will get everything near by snacks, groceries, street food, street shopping, medicals. Ganesh always responsed promptly. This place has all you need to feel home.

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.
