Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Konkan Division

We had a great time in this nice apartment. Clean, quiet ( the airplanes didn’t bother us at all) good street food and veggie stalls around. This is a living and vibrant neighbourhood. Farhan was a perfect host, came over right after check-in, and explained everything for us, and was always reachable .

Place is nice and very clean , tv with Netflix , kitchen is great and above all the sleeping comfort is there with great mattress and clean linen . The place is free of clutter giving peace

We recently stayed here from 27 - 29March 25 and it was excellent place with all amenities, beautiful furniture, fully working kitchen and very convenient location with all things nearby.Really loved the stay and felt like home. Also the Housekeeping staff Krishna and Team were very professional in their work and cleaning is provided daily which adds to comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend to others hunting for similar taste and requirements. Thanks.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb, nestled in the heart of nature. Every morning, the sweet sound of birds chirping gently woke me up, creating a peaceful, refreshing start to the day. The property itself was perfectly serene, surrounded by lush greenery that made me feel fully connected to the natural world. It was a place where you could truly breathe and feel alive, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and experience the calming beauty of nature!

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The maid cooks really home like food, there was a helper as well as caretaker. We took our Driver with ourselves and he too got his own room at a budget cost. We are very happy. Overall you would definitely come again guided and took care of my elderly parents. very well, I would recommend it for senior citizens. There was a power cut. However, it came back quickly

Archana's place is neat and clean having all the required amenities. Archana is a wonderful host & is very prompt in her communication. She makes you feel at home. The facility is completely independent and intrusion free. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an AirBnb in Pashan/Baner area.

Neevia's property is well furnished, functional, well located, and well insulated from the general chaos of Bombay. What stood out to me was how comfortable the mattresses were and how easy it was to create the blackout environment crucial for good sleep. The solid air conditioners helped in this regard as well. The place was extremely clean and tidy when we entered and Neevia had generously stocked the kitchen with some essentials. Plenty of cookware and serveware too. As a host, Neevia was professional and prompt to respond. I would love to stay here when I visit the city again.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect with plenty of good food options nearby, and ordering from Zomato or Instamart was super easy and quick. The highlight of the property is definitely the open terrace which has such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or spending quiet time. ❤️ The host, Parajsi, was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any queries, which made the stay smooth and worry free. 🙌🏻 The place itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures — thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and Rohinton's attention to detail shows throughout. The location is fantastic, tucked in the most vibrant yet peaceful and private part of Bandra. Above all, Rohinton was warm, gracious, and attentive throughout. We’d love to return!

Had a very comfortable stay. The host Mr. Raviraj was very helpful and responsive. The location is centrally located and easily accessible. The house pics shared by the host are the same as is. And the view is so beautiful. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful view is a dream come true. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
