Der Ruhepol ist euer privates, schwimmendes Refugium umgeben von Natur, Wasser und Stille. Wacht mit Blick auf den Fluss auf, genießt romantische Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse und lasst euch vom sanften Plätschern des Wassers in den Schlaf begleiten. Unser Hausboot ist ein fest liegendes schwimmendes Schlafzimmer und nicht zum Fahren geeignet. ❤️🌊

Geeignet für bis zu 4 Personen, 1–2 Zusatzgäste auf der ausziehbaren Couch möglich (25 €/Nacht). 🐾 Hunde willkommen – auch im Haus! Bei Anreise mit Hund bitten wir um tägliche kurze Absprachen zu Gassi-Zeiten und Gartennutzung. Natur, Ruhe und Raum zum Durchatmen – Ihre Auszeit beginnt hier.

We warmly welcome you to Buch, to our new, comfortable, and self-contained apartment, with beautiful outdoor seating and a garden. With the patio door open, you can enjoy sun, light and nature. In the cold season, underfloor heating and oak floorboards ensure comfort. Your bathroom is directly connected to the living room. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance. The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

The house offers a cozy bedroom with a small desk for home office days, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax in. Upstairs is the stylish studio as a living-dining room with a fireplace as well as the open kitchen with a gas stove and a balcony.

Köbelerhof - Stylishly furnished country apartment

The Köbelerhof is a paradise for nature lovers - as a former estate of the nearby Arnstein Monastery this farm is still actively managed and maintained today. Surrounded by its own fields and forests, the farm is located in the middle of the Nassau Nature Park. From the front door, you can take undisturbed walks for hours along the Dörsbach in the Jammertal or the Lahn, where you can relax at beautiful viewpoints over the valleys.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.
