Further upgrades include: a brand new bathroom, so that you can get ready for those big nights out, and a remodeled kitchen with marble surfaces and stainless steel appliances, so that you can prepare a gourmet meal with fresh ingredients from the local Farmer's Market! Also available are a coffee maker and toaster, iron and ironing board, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer hair and beauty products, HD Smart TV with Cable (200+ channels), Fireplace (to muse over a good book in front of), High-Speed Wi-Fi, BBQ Grill... everything to make your stay in this historic LA neighborhood as comfortable as possible. The Master Bedroom (The Hollywood Room) is decorated in a luxurious 'Golden Age of Hollywood' style and equipped with a queen-sized bed with pillow top mattress, vanity desk, full-size mirror and closet. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

There are a lot of stone steps to get up to the house. It's a bit of a workout to some people, but well worth it!
