Monthly Rentals in Koreatown, Los Angeles

The room is in an older building but the rooms itself is renovated. Sound leaks through the walls quite easily, it didn’t bother me but my girlfriend had a hard time sleeping. The studio is very clean. Well organized and Jason is super responsive. WiFi wasn’t working the first night and he got it fixed with the provider within 20 minutes. The area around has expensive restaurants a walk away but if you’re not willing to pay that they are many groceries stores around too. The stay was definitely worth the price and we stayed for two months.

This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

I love the free 2 parking spots , the check in is secure and feels extremely safe . It was so comfortable and clean . I definitely would stay again here !

Location, Location, Location! Stayed at Nadia's place for about 4 months in this specific room. I had stayed in other rooms in the complex and this one felt just as nice. I loved staying walking distance from Koreatown. It made it eassier to get dinner after work and before a night out on the town. This unit does have a small refrigerator. I was able to work with it during my long term stay. Vons up the street has microwavable cooked meals so i was able to make things work. I still highly recommend purchasing the parking spot. The locals seem to have a lockdown on the parking spaces in the surrounding area.
