Mit einem Spaziergang durch das hinter dem Haus liegende Naturschutzgebiet erreichst Du das Achterwasser der Insel Usedom. Eine einmalige Reinigungsgebühr beträgt 80,00 Euro, Bettwäschepacket extra- je 20,00 euro

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt nur 200m vom Strand entfernt im ruhigen Familienbad Koserow auf Usedom. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Altbau aus der Zeit der Kaiserbäder und besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme. Da wir selber Kinder haben und das Wetter an der Ostsee auch mal verregnet sein kann, haben wir unsere Wohnung mit diversen Gesellschaftsspielen, Kinderbüchern und Spielsachen sowie einer kleinen Ferienbibliothek für die Eltern ausgestattet.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Die Küche ist für alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet: Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Er verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Tv, einer Küche, unter anderem mit Spülmaschine Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Essbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Garten befindet sich eine Terrasse Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Bungalow. Die Endreinigung erfolgt über einen Dienstleister , Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht enthalten.

On the 2nd floor of our house, we offer a large apartment for 2 people. In the immediate vicinity, to shopping, bus and train connections, as well as in the middle of the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. You enter through your separate entrance via a spacious staircase in the long hallway of your apartment. From there, the respective rooms, reading & storage room for luggage, bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room are easily accessible.

Aft cabin

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
