The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

Our apartment house "Zum Alten Forsthaus" is located in a sunny, quiet south-facing location with a beautiful view of the mountain panorama, about 500 m from the town center of Reit im Winkls.The well-known mountain health resort Reit im Winkl is one of the most snow-sure winter sports resorts in Germany. The modern Steinplatte ski area opens from the Winklmoosalm. Located 695 m high, with its centuries-old farms in the middle of the Alps, the place has retained its charm and its originality.

Beautiful modern 62 square meter apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of Unterwössen. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and stove. A small terrace, on which both the morning and evening sun shines, with table and chairs, as well as charcoal grill is also available. A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.
