The apartment is about 36 square meters, offers you a bedroom with a bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom & a fully equipped, new kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and oven. To sweeten your stay, Wi-Fi, Eifel crime novels, tea and coffee as well as excursion tips are provided. You are welcome to use the cozy sitting area in the outdoor area, for example, to have breakfast.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

It offers space and peace, with private terrace, barbecue and 3 parking spaces in front of the door. Hiking trails are right outside the door and it is also not far to the Nürburgring. Shops and restaurants are available directly in Adenau, only about a 7-minute drive away. The view of the countryside invites you to linger, especially in the summer months.

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our 3 bedrooms. One person could sleep on the cozy couch in the living room. The apartment has a kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking is sufficiently available. It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.
