The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The property is located in a villa of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its varied history, unique waterfront location and the imposing buildings of the Brick Gothic period. Just under a 10-minute walk from the train station, an in-law is located in a prime location. After 1 km you are in the centre of the old town with the Gothic City Hall and other historical attractions, the tourism center and numerous restaurants.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
