Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch das Schrankbett, das sich tagsüber hochklappen lässt, geräumig. Ein Babybett wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es ist sehr ruhig, nur Anliegerverkehr (Stichstraße). Sie befindet sich 5 km nördlich der Hansestadt Stralsund. Bis zur nächsten bewachten Badestelle (Stadtbad Stralsund) sind es nur 6 km.
