This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Die kleine Gästewohnung im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses liegt in einer bevorzugten Lage von Stralsund mit Blick auf den Strelasund und die Insel Rügen und direkter Anbindung an den Ostseeküstenradweg. Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch das Schrankbett, das sich tagsüber hochklappen lässt, geräumig. Ein Babybett wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wichtige Information!: Im Laufe des August finden Sanierungsarbeiten auf der Terrasse statt, weshalb diese vorübergehend nicht genutzt werden kann. Das Innere der Ferienwohnung ist nicht betroffen! Möglicherweise kommt es während der Sanierungsarbeiten in der Zeit von 7:30 h/8:00 h morgens bis 17:00 nachmittags zu Lärmemissionen. Der Mietpreis wurde für diese Zeit um 25 % reduziert!
